I have several times been getting good data from Kaas & Mulvad, data that I have not been able to get elsewhere.
They know how to collect data, are adept at geocoding, and to combine it with all sorts of other data. It is extremely convenient.
The fact that it even came in a very usable format, so it could be easily used, is another plus.
